We had a wonderful time in the Cook Islands and AUS, I believe this was my most favorite vacation.
We arrived on the Island of Rarotonga, and was quickly transferred by a driver to the Rendezvous, where we stayed for 7 days. There they provided us with fresh fruit from the Island (so good). The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The trip day trip you recommended to Aitutaki was spectacular! I highly recommend the tour group that you selected. Everything about that day was perfect... except that it had to end.
Next we went to the city of Cairns (AUS). The location of the hotel you booked was very convenient to the restaurants, shopping and the pier. It was a great idea to include us the breakfast option there, it was really good and easy. We loved the boat ride out to the Great Barrier. The people on the ship were fun and helpful. I also loved your suggestion to take a heli-ride back from the Reef, it was fun seeing the water and the reef from another perspective. We also enjoyed the Kawanda tour into the rainforest... a good opportunity to see more of AUS, feed the kangaroos, see a joey and hold a koala.
The trip went perfectly smooth and was beyond my expectations. The flights were good, great seating selection on your part, long, but so glad (again) for your insight to upgrade our seats on the way home (17 hour flight). The transfers too and from the property and the hotel were easy and seamless. You did an absolutely fantastic job and we really appreciate your knowledge, efficiency, personality and your frequent check-ins. Ginny has by far been our best travel agent, she was extraordinary and by far exceeded our expectations . We highly highly recommend her for your next vacation, as we will continue to use her service. #5+stars

This was our first cruise-but not our last! Ginny was the perfect tour planner and guide. All we needed to do was show up and follow the itinerary for shore excursions. With her expertise we had a beautiful room, great private tours, and fabulous company! Ginny will always be our go to travel advisor. She knows the ropes, got us ‘Cruise ready’ and generally made our trip easy. This was our first cruise-but not our last! Ginny was the perfect tour planner and guide.
